When was the last time you looked at your linkedin profile picture or updated your business card picture?

Most people are unaware of the image they’re portraying to the world in their profile photos, be it business, job hunting or dating! Over the past few years I’ve seen people brand themselves with selfies, iPhone photos that look like mugshots, photos that are outdated or photos with other people cropped out! Did you just fall into any of these categories? What are you wearing in these images? Is this something you wear all the time? Will it attract the people you're looking for? What does this image say about you? 

Whether we like it or not we are judged before we even meet people by how we present ourselves online. Your brand is how other people see you so what are you communicating? As entrepreneurs in this day and age it's not just your website that needs to look put together but also your social media and the images that you are sharing of yourself and your business/product. And it's not just entrepreneurs, if you're on the job hunt chances are good anywhere you apply will do some online searching on you and a professional photo will communicate to a prospective employer that you care.
